Extreme Air conducts single rope and double dutch workshops for area children in second grade and above. The purpose of these workshops is to teach children basic to advanced skills in single rope and double dutch. Both speed and freestyle techniques are included. Workshops usually run from 2 to 4 hours. Workshop instructors include USA Jump Rope certified judges, speed and freestyle coaches, and USA Jump Rope nationally ranked jumpers. Workshops usually run from 2-4 hours. A minimum of 30 jumpers are required for a workshop. A fee per jumper will be requested at the time of registration.

Extreme Air of New Hampshire is a nonprofit (501(c)(3)) organization dedicated to promoting the sport of jump rope by training amateur athletes for national competition and by educating the public about the benefits of jump rope as a fun, physically challenging and rewarding activity for individuals of all ages and abilities.
